How booking and access work
- Choose a private office and a date on the booking page, and pay online.
- When the booking confirms, you receive a Verkada Pass door credential and a guest Wi-Fi login for its own segmented network.
- Come to the second floor at 5 West Gay Street. Your credential opens the suite door during your booking window, between 7 AM and 9 PM ET.
- The space is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. Support is answered 24 hours a day, every day at 1-877-877-2508 or [email protected].
Private office questions
Do I need a membership to book a private office?
No. Book a single day or a month online and pay at checkout — there is no membership to join before your first booking.
Which office will I get?
One of the two private offices in the suite, designated by the operator at the time of your visit and subject to substitution — the same terms as every booking.
Is parking included?
No. Street parking and the borough garages on Gay Street and Chestnut Street are a few minutes on foot. SEPTA buses 92, 104 and 135 stop at the Transportation Center one block away.
Can a client come to meet me?
Yes — they are booked like any other visitor. Everyone in the suite holds their own credential, because access is logged per person.
