How booking and access work
- Choose a desk product and a date on the booking page, and pay online.
- When the booking confirms, you receive a Verkada Pass door credential and a guest Wi-Fi login for its own segmented network.
- Come to the second floor at 5 West Gay Street. Your credential opens the suite door during your booking window, between 7 AM and 9 PM ET.
- The space is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. Support is answered 24 hours a day, every day at 1-877-877-2508 or [email protected].

Do I need a membership for a hot desk?
No. Buy a single day pass or hour block online and pay at checkout — there is no membership to join before your first visit.
Do I get the same desk every time?
Any open desk in the suite. Desks are interchangeable and none is assigned to anyone, so every booking always has a seat.
Is parking included?
No. Street parking and the borough garages on Gay Street and Chestnut Street are a few minutes on foot. SEPTA buses 92, 104 and 135 stop at the Transportation Center one block away.
Who runs the space?
The Node is operated by Harris Technology Services, the security integrator in the building.
