How do I get in?
When your booking confirms, Verkada sends a Pass app invitation to your booking email. Install the app and use the active pass at The Node suite door; it works only during your booking window. Entry through the building's street door, elevator, and other common areas follows the building owner's procedure and is not controlled by The Node. If that procedure or your credential is unclear, contact support before traveling.
What are the staffed hours, and what if I need help at night?
Someone is at the space Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. Support is a different thing and never closes: 1-877-877-2508 and [email protected] are answered 24 hours a day, every day by the HTS operations centre, who can also let you in remotely if your credential does not work.
Is there wifi for guests?
Yes — a guest network on its own segmented VLAN. Meraki emails your guest-network login when your booking confirms; it expires when your booking ends, just like your door credential.
Can I cancel?
More than 24 hours before your booking starts you are refunded in full; inside 24 hours, half. After the booking has started it can no longer be cancelled. If HTS cancels for any reason, you are always refunded in full.
